Date
As of 2006, the tournament takes place on the last Friday of December and this year is no exception. Play will commence at Hole 1 at 13:00 on Friday 28th December 2007.
Travel
Routes to the tee-off can get quite congested, especially due to the time of year, so it is advisable to play your route ahead of time due to the post-Christmas / January Sales shoppers. As the first tee is commonly near Belfast's central shopping precinct, both vehicular and pedestrian traffic is at a maximum.
By Bus
Buses from most parts of Belfast and the surrounding area arrive in at the City Hall and the first tee is only a short walk from there.
By Car
It is ill-advised to drive to the Titanic Invitational if you are taking part, as you will end up legless. If you are spectating, it is also difficult to find a parking space, as the tournament lasts from lunchtime until late evening.
By Taxi
If you jump into a taxi and tell the driver that you are going to the first hole of the Titanic Invitational, he probably won't know what you're talking about. It is advised to find out where the first hole is and say the pub name as your destination. A taxi ride from East Belfast will only cost about £5 - £6. It will be much more for culchies.
